Terms & Conditions of Sale
General
These Terms and Conditions apply to all photographic print sales made through the website of Birgit Tabbarah Photography (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Prices & Payment
All prices are listed in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
We reserve the right to change prices or withdraw products without notice, though this will not affect confirmed orders.
Production and Delivery
Each print is made to order. Standard production time is approximately 14 working days, though this may vary during busy periods.
UK orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked or an equivalent courier. International shipping is available where indicated at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates only. We cannot accept responsibility for delays beyond our control, such as postal strikes or customs processing.
International customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes charged upon arrival in their country.
Returns & Cancellations
As each print is produced to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, incorrect size choice, or colour variation.
If your print arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of deliverywith photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund once the item is returned.
Refunds are made to the original payment method and exclude the initial delivery charge unless the product is faulty.
To cancel an order before production begins, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
Colour & Presentation
While we make every effort to display colours accurately, variations may occur between on-screen images and printed materials due to screen calibration and printing processes. Minor variations are not considered faults.
Copyright & Use
All images remain the copyright of Birgit Tabbarah Photography. Purchase of a print does nottransfer reproduction rights.
Prints are sold for personal display only and may not be copied, scanned, reproduced, or resold without written permission.
Liability
Our total liability for any order shall be limited to the price paid for that specific product.
